The Natural Nutrition Clinic

Darina Kilroy - Nutritional Therapist. BA, Dip IT. DipNT(MBANT).

“Nutritional therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of optimum health, peak performance, disease prevention and control” (BANT)

Burgeoning levels of obesity and infertility are just two examples of health problems linked to poor nutritional habits so commonplace in contemporary society.

Examples of such habits are an over reliance on heavily processed convenience foods, hurried and over cooked meals which lack the sufficient nutrients essential for optimal health and fitness.   This is compounded by a lack of exercise and sleep life’s stresses, and an over indulgence in stimulants, e.g. caffeine.

The Natural Nutrition Clinic provides evidence based nutritional and lifestyle prescriptions founded on the most recent scientific research.  The overall goal is to alleviate or prevent ailments and promote optimal health.

Consultations take a holistic approach and are tapered to the individual, taking into account each persons unique biochemical profile.  Treatment protocols may impact on hormonal, neurological, and immunological functions, behavioural patterns, and the body’s energy systems.

Nutritional Therapy is scientifically based, safe, simple and cost effective.
